Museveni Played Uhuru Kenyatta Like a Guitar
« on: June 24, 2017, 08:03:30 AM »
Now he sits in the glory that was once Kenya's. World leaders who used to land in Nairobi and meet Ugandans in the lobby of a hotel on their way out now land in Entebbe and pass by Nairobi on their way out. Soon we shall have to send a delegation to Kampala to meet delegations.

The worst possible decision was to attempt to close Dadaab:

... [the ICC case] will be tried in Europe, where due procedure and expertise prevail.; ... Second-guessing Ocampo and fantasizing ..has obviously become a national pastime.- NattyDread

Kenya is transitioning from AID/Refuges to TRADE relation.Kenya is already a low-middle-class country (per capita of 1500usd per anumm). Few donors can justify donating money to kenya which is doing well. Our neigbours remain indebted poorer countries that depend on AID for nearly 50% of their budget - TZ/UG/Ethiopia - Rwanda is now at 28% I think - while Kenya donations are maybe 1-2% of our budget now. Most donors in kenya have budget of 1-10m dollars (except maybe the chinese) - and that is small change for GOK now -  with 26B US budget.
