I am always seeing Uhuru laughing even in sombre events - Is the guy ever serious. The few times I have seen him cross is about Raila,  ICC and Westgate (walevi emotions).

The most recent I saw him laughing as the Huawei guys were making a presentation on police equipment in Nakuru, Kisumu & Eldoret in Beijing as the guy strugled to make a point in English.

Is it shallowness or just a happy to go guy with nothing to worry about when he wakes up?

Will this help to explain? Note that the mother tried hard all his life to control it. But once he became president... that ended.

An embarrassed BBC reporter struggled to finish his broadcast as he got high after getting too close to a stack of burning drugs.

Quentin Sommerville, the corporation's Middle East correspondent, posted a link to the video on his YouTube page today as a 'Christmas present' to his Twitter followers.

The video, which he called 'Don't inhale', shows the reporter stood next to a huge pile of heroin, opium and hashish, but as he tries to begin his report he can't help but giggle.

He has a mindless following that supports him no matter what.  I'd be laughing too.
