That's possible but hackers have been there longterm, with untraceable bitcoins and AI now they can be really dangerous. Hacker could be anyone including your houseboy,.. so easy to hide behind a screen. We need proper cyberspace counterterrorism. Or ISIS will begin to look like small fish.
