John Muhia Mwangi has been posted to West Pokot as the boss. He will tally and announce results for Senator, Governor and Woman Rep in his capacity as the West Pokot Returning Officer.

He will also supervise elections in West Pokot where all the officers there come under him. Now here is what he had to say when in Nyeri during the voter registration. Note that he was specifically sent sent to Nyeri during the registration and now he is posted to West Pokot for the elections! Make your own conclusions:
