Can this unruly and uneducated fellow be a good govrnor of Nairobi? I always doubted him but my biggest fears were more than confirmed. I say anybody but not Sonko.

He will be the best governor, a manager better than Kahara or Gakuo. The city is 90% slums and needs a slumdog for garbage to be collected and the inner roads being taken care. Then 2027 he will make bigger attempts and actualise them by 2032.

Even Uhuru doesn't want this drug dealer to run the city. I always saw him for what he is - didn't take long for him to out himself.

Kenya is run by crooks.  Nairobi is the capital.  It attracts the worst of the lot.  This fool can actually win it.

In a place that has already found him good enough to be a senator, I see no reason to worry about his possible election as governor.    True, he is a rough fellow.    But in terms of morals, character, etc. he is no worse than many of the "superior" candidates.   Get him a good tailor, train him to speak in a more polished manner ... and he should fit in quite well with the rest.

As to what the city actually needs and who would be best placed to deliver, the commentary on Kenyan media suggests that very, very few are concerned with that.    Tribe, political games, etc. are what seem to excite the majority.
