The Jubilee Smart-Card Scam
« on: March 18, 2017, 02:12:37 PM »
These guys are funny no joke!

After cheating their members that they would use the smart cards to vote in primaries, Jubilee now says that was never the plan.

The total number of voters may hit 16 million. Jubilee has dished out 10 million cards and has ordered another ten. They have outstanding orders from aspirants for just about that 10 million.

The original plan outlined by Tuju to the media was that Jubilee would use smartphones in places like Mandera, Pokot etc. Yes you heard right. From their Jubilee operatives would access the IEBC and Political Parties Database to determine membership before one votes in the primaries.

This is the same party that then sat before MPs to claim that they needed a manual backup because there was no mobile phone network cover in well, those areas where they will conduct primaries using smartphones that rely on mobile networks' existence!!

Uhuru and Ruto Launch Jubilee Smart Card:

Ten Million of them.....

Tuju: No! Sorry! We never said they were for voting in primaries:

The fighting is not just over the huge sums (200M) earned from the cards.
