The court of appeal has handed the company the final defeat. They could try to go to The Supreme Court but I doubt it would be any different.
This contract means everything to Jubilee. This is the company known to help African governments rig elections by printing an extra set of documents (ballot papers as well as other official forms used in the submission of results). Jubilee hoped to repeat 2013 where voters are transferred electronically to Jubilee zones, increase their number and thus allow the IEBC to manufacture figures of votes cast in favor of Uhuru. The real ballots are then moved from Kenyatta University where they are pre-marked and delivered by NSI to the various stations around the country (in case of a "recount").
