The cows rights are paramount and no elephant or mzungu ranch holding rights will trump this right. Samburus are bad arse they have brought the whole of Laikipia under its knees. I have seen Kaburus protesting online. Kaburus should just let these guys graze their cattle until long rains come and they will move back home.
