Uhuru goes mad when the doctors refuse his offer. What seems to annoy him is the lecture he received when doctors sought to educate him on why they need the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) his government negotiated and signed. The doctors made it clear that it was never about "wages" or "allowances".

It turns out that the corrupt deal where Uhuru and Macharia formed a company to "supply equipment" to hospitals and they collect huge sums from money meant for counties was just a fraudulent scheme. There is no equipment in the hospitals.

Uhuru has turned the Health Ministry into a cash cow for himself and family. The monies meant for health have been stolen and now he finds it hard to honour the CBA, keep financing the skeleton services now being offered and at the same time pay himself and family. The doctors are clearly paying for it.
