Very interesting by-elections held in swing counties.Look like maasai & turkana are 50-50 on opposition and gov. Gusii are still heavily leaning toward ODM and Coast is more jubilee friendly. One ignored factor is the role and power of incumbent governors in those MCA seats. They have the resources to influence those local elections.That is the new dynamic. In all those seats the MCA that won was pro-gov (county gov).
