First he has to upstage Kiraitu then he can talk about 2022. The man has big fight in his backyard but his delusion & trepidation makes him hallucinate about PORK :)

Look like his visit to breakaway state of somaliland has angered Somalis. Munya need to go slow and let national gov handle international affairs and diplomacy.

Yeah he is small fish. But Meru are RV-like internally democratic. Even Kikuyu can only count on PORK votes... 2013 they voted Uhuruto but APK governor and even CORD MPs. Upstaging Kiraitu/Jubilee is possible for downstream ballot.

Ruto should just stay clear of mashinani politics there.
