Kitonga is the guy we need

In two and half years, he said, he will have developed an information and communications technology system with an e-diary and e-registry that allows Kenyans to check the status of cases online.

Others are just saying they'll fight corruption cartel without explaining how?

I think the first fight is to make sure anybody can track the status of their cases, the evidence adduced, statements collected, motions, transcriptions of hearing and name it...and this can easily be done via one simple website.

Yup. All cases, rulings, precedents, etc should be online via click of the button, just like SCOTUS. That is great service delivery and reduces corruption.

I wonder if we afford public defender? That is one way to level the field for poor folks. A typical murder defense can bankrupt the average family.

Amusing watching Rose Nambuye today... put on the spot over being fingered twice by Ringera and Rao over laziness/backlogs. That litigants prefer her court due to her "softness". Panel seemed really unconvinced softness is a worthwhile CJ attribute in a cartel-rout system.
