GoK would have seized the moment to engage these guys and minimize the damage. Instead I expect the NSI and the killer squads to up their activities. The judgement read by Musinga is very sober and provides well balanced reasoning which should form the basis for peace and reconciliation.

Sadly, GoK will be appealing - even without there being a Supreme Court
