Look like we about to tick the "access to electricity" box just like we have ticked the "communication -telcom & internet-" box - and of course the financial access box -nearly everyone has bank account or something similar to one. All these have happened with huge private and gov sector investment.This is why Africa rise very real - lots of truly transformative things are happening so fast - in the last 15yrs - the pessimistic have yet to notice it.
