Kwani things are that bad in the legal private practice world. Everybody want to join the gravy train where you sit and do nothing as you are showered with millions of shillings.

Look at Kindiki Kithure. Getting fatter and fatter since joining govt. Lazy income.

govt budget is the mainstay of even private sector so why not be near the source instead of waiting for some disputes to occur-be the player .... everyone scrambles to get a piece of the budget ..civil service salaries, tenders, kickbacks.... as IEBC CEO managing referendum and one general election you will get some kickback worth at least 300 millions....

usual pension/retirement benefits for best paid CEOs after working 20 years is 2-10 millions ...
