General Karangi was Played Like a Card

He was told to just retire because he was coming back to big things. He was to head a super ministry where Uhuru would throw in Internal Security, defense, NYS a little bit of Prisons and Oil. The bastard believed the LIE. He should have just read the constitution to know that was impossible.

He is back under a minister!

But when a serving Chief of Defense Staff is sent to distribute sukari na majani in Malindi so poor people can vote for Jubilee, methinks that is stooping too low.
