This one is long overdue.Kenya need to trade more with it's neighbours. Now they need to do the same for Garissa-Wajir-Mandera road. I know the Kitale-Lodwar-South Sudan is getting fixed. Namaga/Hola/Tanga/Isebenai are already done..so we are set on that front.Busia & Malaba road are good.

What is your take on the Jubilee claim about 3,000 kms of tarmac. If Kibaki and Kibadinga did 3,000 kms in ten years and we felt the impact all over, what is happening in regard to this 3,000 kms? Is it new roads, recarpeting, maintenance or what is verifiable?

Mutua's 30 km of Kithima kia Mwala road and Munya's probase experiment are tangible

Good but why do Kenyan engineers always approve unsafe roads, especially bridges. A wire will not stop a vehicle  going over the bridge, but a concrete barrier will do a great job.
