NO.  Uhuru's first term is not yet halfway, Him and Ruto are Kosher and are more concentrated in serving Kenya than rumbling politicians, Isaac Ruto the man i know personally is a greedy pig, he want to undermine William Ruto because he is only interested in money and more moey, the guy has an appetite of a Hog when it comes to public money, If by any chance William give Isaac like 1 billion to keep quiet, the guy would not even be talking in cattle dip siasa.

Another sub-reason is that William Ruto was not fully behind  Isaac in Siasa za Bomet, he was supporting another fellow, who Punda kept telling us atanyakua hii kitu, these is still incensing Isaac and as you would expect he is not going to make William's leadership smooth any time soon, i guess William and Isaac have personal issues, these is not Business it is personal.

Isaac has always been a maverick. He is independent minded. That is just is personality.He rejected Raila way before Ruto William started. Isaac is reckless..william is tactful. Of course like UhuRuto and the rest is now an accomplished thief.

I personally think Uhuru may not be involved in this wsr/Rutto beef, but no doubt some of his handlers may be stoking it,
and watching the fire burn with glee.. just to keep wsr on his toes. The in fighting distracts wsr from total domination of RV

Uhuru has slowly extracted himself from ICC leaving Ruto to bear the cross. betrayal in the city, it will be interesting
to watch how this will play out between kikuyu and kalenjin community.

I think Uhuru case will be suspended indefinitely...so he is not technically out of the hook. Ruto case is coming to conclusion.
