Bill it to the rest of Kenya by raising taxes on drinking water.

Why can't a Kenya not always come up with a good idea without wanting to steal?
NYS will end up building mitaros worth billions in Kibera. I hope they do not extend the project to Mathare. By 2022 cash would be spent there would have built Kibera residents mansions.
