Tobiko is ok, afterall. Not as bad as I had feared.
Christus vincit, Christus regnat, Christus imperat; Christus ab omni malo plebem suam defendat
Christ is the victor, Christ is King, Christ is the ruler, May Christ defend His people from all evil

That is good news. Tobiko has the most powerful office; If only he can 1) realize it and 2) use it for public good.

He needs to put his chest forward and growl like a lion. Obstruction of justice is an offence.  Also, the media neeeds to be on his side and publicise these things so that everyone is aware of whats happening.

Pundit and PP

The problem in Kenya as we agreed earlier is the ease with which moneyed people work the judiciary. To convict a person with such a name and unlimited resources is near impossible as there will always be somebody who will offer a way out for money, job or just gratitude from the big person.

Unless you go back to the Moi days where Magistrates were clearly told that the presence of Bernard Chunga,  meant they have to convict or in the Kenyatta days when Sharad Rao played that role (the bastard is pretending to be whiter than cotton as he talks down to judges).
