Uhuru seems he is being held by Steroids hence the weight
« on: November 02, 2025, 11:04:26 PM »
My wife, who is the top of the cream in America's healthcare, thinks the steroids he is taking are likely what is sustaining him. Steroids are usually unleashed in advanced stages.  Though he did not reveal the type of cancer, we can only speculate. If he is suffering from prostate cancer, he can still beat it, but if it is lung cancer, it may be tough for him. Pombe na Sigara ni shida tupu!

Steroids are used in cancer treatment for various reasons, including killing cancer cells, reducing inflammation and swelling, and managing treatment side effects like nausea and pain. They can also be used to prevent allergic reactions, help with symptoms caused by brain tumors, and in blood cancers, they can help induce apoptosis (programmed cell death) in certain blood cells.
How steroids help with cancer and its treatment
Treating the cancer itself: In some cases, particularly with blood cancers, steroids can directly kill cancer cells or shrink tumors as part of chemotherapy.
Reducing inflammation: Steroids lower irritation and swelling in the body, which can help with conditions like brain tumors causing headaches or fluid buildup.
Managing treatment side effects: They help with side effects such as nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy and radiation.
Preventing allergic reactions: Steroids can be given before blood transfusions or certain other treatments to prevent an allergic reaction.
Relieving pain: They can reduce the intensity of some types of cancer pain by decreasing inflammation.
Managing symptoms of advanced cancer: Steroids are used to help with symptoms like fatigue, shortness of breath, and pain in advanced cancer.
Supporting immune function: They can help manage the immune system, such as after a bone marrow transplant

Sorry to see him in this state.
Steroids support the immune system but have serious effects.

He suffers from shortness of breath which means cancer which has widely spread in the chest heart and lungs,He whizzes.I've had such cancer patients.Uhuru always uses indirect speech. It must be advanced cancer.According to my thinking,He is maybe saying goodbye.Ruto seems to have changed the way he treats him and confrontational politics against him and added him lots of security.I am not predicting anything but the Uhuru i know seems to be saying he thinks his time is up.

What is life i ask?

We are all going to die, someone I know who didn’t drink, never smoked, was thriving and very wealthy died two weeks ago from an accident. The whole thing left me shocked and questioning the purpose of life. Political differences should not have us come here and speculate or wish others misfortune or death. If Uhuru dropped dead today, it will not change Kasongo’s fortunes in 2027, the guy is a visionless thieve who has turned Kenya into a rotting corpse, do you know how long universities in Kenya have been out now? It’s insane. I have heard Kasongo has major health issues too and so are others in senate and parliament, there are so many of our so called leaders struggling to stay alive.

Follow the president's moves daily and put bitterness aside. Kenya is on the move like we've never seen before. The country is firing on all cylinders. The new university funding model is a game changer, and thousands of students are already benefiting, and almost 90% of universities that were on the verge of bankruptcy have dodged the bullet. Like everything new, teething problems are getting solved along the way! It is true that everybody die, but if you eliminate alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, you have reduced needless deaths by a whopping 70% That healthy person that died by accident, if you dig deeper, must have been alcohol or drug-related. In the US, 40% of all accidents are alcohol-drug related. In Kenya, especially Nairobi, it may be 50-60%, but there is no credible study!

Broke ground for the construction of the KenGen-Kaishan Olkaria Green Fertiliser Plant in Nakuru County; a defining moment for Kenya’s green industrial transformation.
This venture is a historic stride for Kenya, and indeed for Africa, as we boldly match our words with tangible action in advancing sustainable manufacturing.
The KSh100 billion Olkaria project is a powerful symbol of what happens when energy, technology, and vision unite in purpose. It will produce more than 480,000 tonnes of fertiliser annually, ensuring our farmers have a reliable, affordable, and locally produced supply.
And that is only the beginning. This life-changing initiative will create over 2,000 jobs, cut our import bill by more than KSh60 billion each year, and reinforce Kenya’s place at the forefront of green growth and climate-smart innovation on the continent.

I do not fault you for working hard trying to clean Kasongo’s image and record because politics in the world is about selfish self-interest. I hope you are getting paid because most Kenyans have actually been affected negatively by Kasongo’s policies and now we are even supporting genocides in other countries. I think you should also accord us the same courtesy when we say that change is coming, I think all Gods are pointing at Kalonzo becoming our next president. He may also turn out to be a disaster and I will come here and call him out.
