Lack of evidence. It is surprising that the kenyan courts cannot prove a case of a man like ex-County Finance Chief jimmy Kiamba, who was found to have accum,ulated almost 1B Ksh in his bank accounts during his short tenure at the county office.

Corruption is a worthy in Kenya. Chances of being caught and found guilty in court tend towards zero.
