Kenya is not a rich country to have trade routes and critical installations that require military bases/protections. I'm sure if Africa unites with one passport, currency, and military, it would easily have bases in the Caribbean and other places because the leverage it will have will be immense. The Middle East, Europe, and the rest will feel the weight of the leverage. The poorer the country gets, the less leverage it holds.
