Gachagua turned out to be what he is not. He was advised to stop muriman talk every day and spend all his time courting Luhyaland, North East, Coast, RV, and building a national outlook, but he could not see past Mathira.Uhuru, like someone who saw sizzling nyama, bankrolled his impeachment and bulldozed to get Kindiki instead of Kimani. Kenya Kwanza MPs and Ruto circle wanted Kimani, but Uhuru and Raila preferred Kindiki!
If Raila runs in 2027 and Kindiki fails to consolidate Mt. Kenya East, you may see Ruto-Kimani in 2027. Analyzing politics now is useless, but 18-24 months from now, you will start seeing a picture. Kimani and Uhuru can bring Kiambu in a short period!

I honestly used to admire this guy, I thought he is brilliant, alliance alumni, I think he is around my age but his sycophantic behavior and perceived cowardice is revolting to Kikuyus. The guy right now is persona non grata in most areas of mt Kenya. Moses Kuria is a different animal, I think his charisma will see him through, the guy is a very gifted speaker and he is very intelligent. Moses Kuria is the only politician who can insult other tribes and the next day they are welcoming to their areas. He used to be a virulent anti Raila but now the biggest supporter, Luos love Kuria. As for Ruto, he is like that one friend that you discovered lies all the times, his stories are all bullshit. Like virginity, once lost, trust cannot be recovered. Ruto lost the country’s trust and confidence, it’s gone. The next three years can be miracles but that will not save him. He is a one term president and actually that’s a good thing for democracy and the country. We have to prove to this leaders who the actual boss is, it’s the people and can fire these politicians if they fail to perform or become dictatorial.

Other Ruto supporters like Kangata and Ndidi will do just fine. They are performing splendidly in the jobs their constituents elected them to do. I think Kangata is by far the best governor in Kenya. Wish him well in his future endeavors including a higher office in Kenya.
