This is one thing Kenyans wholeheartedly and universally agree on, the term limits should actually be reduced to 4yrs. The senate should be scrapped,the county boundaries should be redrawn and counties reduced, no nominated seats, reduce MCAs, Mpigs and no nominations of any kind. Parties should have ways of raising money independently from the government and thus reduction of briefcase parties for sale, Nairobi should be run by professionals. Put all these questions in a referendum and win by 90% of the vote and for heavens sake, no women representatives, it’s a completely redundant position.
