Long road to swearing in Kindiki..miguna
« on: October 20, 2024, 01:19:10 PM »
Miguna analysis makes a lot of legal sense. There is no way ruto plans makes any constitutional sense. Ruto is about to be embarrassed for a longtime. He has now created two centers of power within executive. Knowing Gachagua this is going to be ugly for the next 3 years.

With that Kenya kwanza coalition has split. As long as Gachagua is DP RUTO WILL be watching his ass like an inmate sharing a cell with a booty snatcher.

All these propaganda by RV bobo and it was Ruto who was trying to Kill Gachagua. He should only eat food cooked by his wife, Ruto is out for blood.. https://x.com/kenyans/status/1847965308570550570?s=46&t=3-3-_ehcZbukDCK7hNe5LA
Gachagua will take down this government, it’s time for him to spill the beans which will make Kenyans so angry they will match Ruto out of state house.

Constitutional crisis. For parliament to approve Kindiki nomination it means he must have resigned CS position. So as we stand Kindiki can fool people as much as he wants but he is jobless.

Did the president read the law before nominating Kindiki?

Did his advisors brief him on the constitution and procedures?

If they advised him,did he ignore the advice?

And if Courts drop the ball , Ruto Raila and their mafia comes for them.
Ruto won Presidential Petition it will hard for the courts to let him win again.
Kenyans wanted to do away with Moi style of doing away with VPs reason why they put an elected VP who could not be fired easily
The courts are attentive and they know the National assembly is under siege , just like BBI expect this to be rumble in the jungle

Politicians are Politicians if Gachagua and Ruto decide to work they will work .
It was very evident that Ruto im his vengeance nature had decided never againnwould he work with Raila.
Circumstances and GenZ made him do an about turn.
If he was wise enough he would focused on Economics after GenZ protests and ignore Gachagua antics , he decided to finish him politically regardless of the consequences , big miscalculation a matter of time before he realizes buying Raila does not mean solving economic social and political problems .
It seems Raila is his solution so much that i fear for Raila ,taking Raila to AUC is his final solution for his political survival , what about if Raila fails which he most likely do . Where does he think Raila will go, what will Raila do ? Reminds me of Ouko the darling of West and disappeared in Got Alila because he had ambitions ….
