I have to agree with you on this one. Once you ascend to a high office of governance, you are supposed to govern. They are still on Vehicle roof tops two years on.
We gave activist Mutunga the Chief Justice job. On entering office he just had to do one thing to save this country. He didn't. He coiled his tail. Not sure what cobwebs he had in the closet.
