Ruto is not a good student of Uhuru. Uhuru gave his mpango Anne Waiguru a big ministry to run and she literally looted it. She later abandoned his sinking ship to set her own political goals. Same will happen to Ruto. Never mix kitanda and your job. It will never gend well.

This is garbage. There is nothing like a small ministry. Pay attention to defence budget. It would be more preferable for someone with a military background combined with economics. We live in a tough neighborhood. Kenya has troops in South sudan, Congo, Somalia, Yemen, Haiti etcetera etcetera.

However Going by Pundits logic ,Duale will make Environment ministry a big one which is good in this time and age we trying to conserve and make the world sustainable,maybe he can spearhead clean energy too.
