Looks like he now leverage Jay Zee to cut deadweight government. He now need to fuel jay zee psyop and cut all government to size including county.

So much waste happening all over Kenya that can build infrastructure and other good things.

He also need to cut loose nefarious world actor like Bill vaccines gates who is now spreading gene spliced GMO mosquito all over Kenya land.

If Ruto does not ride jay zee psyop and clean country he's one term. It's even doubtful if he get to 2027 with jay zee lads breathing fire.
