SCORK vs Grand Mullah
« on: June 28, 2024, 12:40:44 PM »
The Ndiiesque super-arrogant but brilliant attorney is yet to recover from the body blow. Even if the high and appeal courts lift the ban - this could take years - and still wind up at SCORK.

I don't recall him attacking Mutunga but Maraga and Koome have really faced his music.

These petty judges dictatorship needs to be checked. How do you ban critics from government entities. Waache utoto.

They have never banned govt officials who do not obey or enforce court orders or the killer police.

Yes SCORK went overboard.

Clearly woriah wants POWER to dictate to judges and make billions.

He owned Mutunga.

What’s grand mullah’s signature win? Kenyan lawyers are part of the problem, corruption and sucking on the government but one thing at a time. The removal of Ruto and his cabal will start a domino effect that will affect everything.

The ban is administrative not a legal ruling. Problem is getting redress: should the case end at CoA or go to SCORK? CoK2010 is mum on such conflict of interest.

Personally I support the ban. The arrogant mullah can go herd camels. This must cost him serious business.
