Ruto is a cheap liar. The government spokesman talked of 200M Ksh and now Ruto says it only cost 10M Ksh. When did the circumstances change and why was the Government spekesman allowed to tell the country fairy tales?
As a president you cannot just take presents from unnonimous friends. What are you giving them in return? There is nothing like free lunch in the world.
