I will do those a little later.  I wish I could be running.  But I have to make sure my ankle is 100% before I go.  Syndesmosis is one of those things that one can easily dismiss and then realize they are not going away.  I can jump rope two leg fashion but I have to be very cautious.  5k doesn't sound like warm up to me right now.  I will enjoy it vicariously through you.

Pole sana dadii. It's one thing to skive a run coz haujiskii but that one of recovering from injury just makes u envy those suffering on the course lol. When you'll get back you'll find nothing has changed, it still hurts hahaha. In the meantime enjoy the remote, I'll be updating you during the fall. I want to run competitively in 2015.
