When does Ruto rest?
« on: January 11, 2024, 06:41:32 PM »
He is always on the move,Doesn't he have people and structures to implement his policies and programmes?I am not that old but anything beyond 8hrs a day and a weekend rest i find it very unhealthy for human body. One time he is in a helicopter,Next minute he is on top of a car talking, next he is meeting crowds and different people inhaling all kinds of bacteria,In summary, too much movement, talking and crowd assemblies coupled with deep thoughts can only lead to serious health problems. That stress build up affects body metabolism, blood sugar, blood pressure and may cause things like stroke or heart problems.

After he encounters the above things i've mentioned,he gets regular security briefings, revenue and finance updates on things like debt, regional conflicts ,popularity ratings etc,all ths skyrocket his blood pressure.Remember Kibaki suffered a stroke i think in 2005,

Unless he doesnt  take advise from his health advisors,I pity him.

Someone needs to tell the president to relax, take it easy. Its not a must he succeeds.
