Mwafrika government officials are just crazy. Will never fathom such madness.

On September 20, 2023, it was reported that the Dangote Petroleum Refinery had resorted to importing crude oil and was anticipating its first cargo within about two weeks, as disclosed by Devakumar Edwin, the Executive Director of Dangote Group.

The report also highlighted that, even though the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited trades crude oil on behalf of Nigeria, the NNPCL has already allocated its crude to other entities, which further complicates the situation.

It is the market. They will eventually buy from Nigeria if it makes economic sense to do so

Laws and contracts in books in most subharan countries are 99-999 years. Maybe there is 50-60 years left on the contract that is why lol!
