Karangi vs Nkaiserry ... which way security (Kenya)

How will these two work? Does Nkaiserry have balls to show karangi better finger? Now that Nkaiserry has used scorched earth policy (starving pokot livestock) will he join hands with karangi whose idea of security is bomb forests,westgate, valleys?

How is the relationship like and going to be? Are they sleazy buddies?

The two are in different dockets. Karangi falls under R. Omamo's ministry.

They both seem antagonistic to a state in which people are free.  They should mesh just fine.

Both are just interested in the money and patronage in their powerful docket; they will do fine; Karangi is in charge of opaque 1b dollars annual budget (one of africa's military largest with little to show) while Nkaiserry will be in charge of about 1.5-2B dollars in internal security with even less to show for it.

R. Omamo and Nkaisserry are under Karangi in the real unseen power structures
