Science Friday - the tunguskan incidents
« on: September 29, 2023, 05:22:19 PM »
Something hit in Siberia forest in 1908 in June. Local residents claim a fireball came from the skies creating a big booking sound and then there was fire. This incident is the biggest incident to have been recorded in recent human history. The detonation cleared 200 square miles of forest trees. Subsequent research trip to find out what happened didn't come a clear understanding of what may have happened. The most popular theory is that it was an asteroid that entered our orbit but it so big so as it burnt the energy released caused the destruction..the other theory is that this was a tiny black hole that caused it..
