Ruto has alienated GEMA from government operations...If you are a keen observer,Kuria was recently in Kisii and Siaya bashing the government while Arati Oburu and Orengo (ODM) were cheering.He said all Kenyans are shareholders (not just...?)...As he made those comments,Ruto through koskei moved his kuria office back to nssf headquarters,To make matters worse,He has made Adan mohammed defacto trade CS and completely sidelined Kuria from GOK operations in international business.That said,Ruto through the same Koskei forcefully ejected Athi water Mr Thuita from the board through a press release after a long proxy war between Kipronoh (Ruto) Vs Wahome (gachagua).
Mt kenya Mps have gone under,Wamuchomba was the first one.We now have GEMA CS who are ceremonial.All decisions in their ministries are made PS faliure to which Head of public service gives instructions to the board through the press.
Thats why Gachagua had an after thought about ejecting Kuria and saying Mt Kenya must speak in one voice.
