Now? It been war btw them since 2018 - it just that Ruto when he was down was more brilliant than mlevi. Ruto basically use to play stupid and avoided direct confrontation with Uhuru - knowing Uhuru would cause pain his way - so he deflected.

Now the tables have turned.
