At least that one can pass for incitement to violence, not just silly matusi. Does this mzee really believe the rubbish he is writing? Sometimes I think it must be silly attention-getting online kelele but occasionally, you meet someone who makes you really think they are for real. This crazy Raila hatred is a genuine disorder. Should be a formal psychological diagnosis.

Where you come from - I mean your people - do not see anything remotely wrong with that. He is just stating a "fact" known to all within his circles - only louder than the rest. See the reaction he gets from a woman in his world.

Hubris has reached fever pitch among your people. It is slightly lower than it was among the Hutu under Habyarimana. How do you gauge that? When a large number of an ethnic group believe the death of somebody in the "enemy" tribe is insignificant , perhaps even desirable!

I know a small but increasing number of those on our side who now strongly believe Raila is an outdated compromising moderate that cannot face Kikuyus. This group is fast growing by the day. I was shocked to realize it is not just in Luoland as we like to believe (and as we believed prior to 2007). It is growing from deep roots in Western, Coast and believe it or not RV!

In RV, the locals believe GEMA went in to the deal planning to screw them and they have prepared for that eventuality.

Now where is the country? When educated people write such hate from the seats of the highest learning institutions and nothing happens? Why is the KU senate not reacting to the hate speech? Why has that man not been fired?

What do you mean 'my people'?

Anyway, without further examples, there has been incitement and hate speech across the political but as Moses Kuria showed us, the relevant Laws will be applied selectively against those outside government

You clearly know what I mean for a man who uses nouns freely.

Selective application of the law eventually destroys a country.

I have always maintained that another kikuyu presidency so soon after Kibaki would realy mess up with their brains and send their ego into stratosphere. Its just like an individual staying too long in power, one tribe staying too long in power is not healthy because Jomo set the standard that you rule as a tribe and Moi fuatad Nyayo.  Kibaki did the same thing and so is Ouru.  This is a very dangerous trend and it creates this kind of thinking. This dude probably feels that just because he is a kikuyu, Kenya belongs to him and he is also president by default.

You'll need to build very many prison cells if you were to scamper through facebook and twitter looking for "hate speech".Obviously an independent Police and DPP ought to deal with fairness and balanced however Jubilee have passed laws that effectively make Police force   an appendage of state house..

The idea is not to censor every post. Traditionally in Kenya crimes are by nature "reported". We have cases where the police act suo moto. The current DPP has been reacting to media reports and then sending instructions to the police to investigate.  It is the courts that are still remaining behind. The Supreme Court should have summoned all those concerned to appear before it to look in to The Draconian Laws. I am fully for suo moto powers for courts, DPP, Police etc.

That said, it follows that non persons are routinely ignored while VIPs are pursued. The "Blogger" falls in between.

He can reported to KACC anonymously: http://www.eacc.go.ke/default.asp?pageid=62

For a whole section of Kenya, Hon. Moses Kuria, this gentleman and few new ones I had never heard of are a staple.  They top it up with music from John De Matthew.  Consumed day in, day out, it can make for an interesting state of mind.  Where the new normal is anything but, outside the group.  Partly explains the laager mentality some of these folks exhibit.

During Habyarimana's regime, the Hutu had ten commandments http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hutu_Ten_Commandments.  Consumed with patriotic and catchy tunes from Simon Bikindi.  His cassettes were always sold out in the streets of Kigali.  I am told that after years of these types of messages, most Tutsi were convinced that they deserved to be exterminated.
