KEMSA corruption network at work
« on: May 10, 2023, 11:10:22 AM »
I have not seen the budgets for EACC and ARA. Only KRA is being funded to squeeze more.

The corrupt networks are intact.

Of course the corrupt networks are intact. Who in KK regime was not there all the time with Uhuru since 2013?

Btw, I thought with Uhuru ended the hold on KEMSA. It seems there are now new kids on the block.

We have no solution for the public employees with security of tenure who oversee and facilitate the corruption with politically backed tenderpreneurs - accountants, procurement officers, tender committees

Kibaki firing all accounting officers??
Judiciary radical surgery?? Magistrates and judges vetting?
Police vetting??

Even EACC and ARA bankrupting the networks ain't stopping the looting schemes.
