William Ruto is doing a good job. I stayed away from here to avoid inadvertently advising you or should I say alerting you. I didn't vote for him but I might as well have. The man is doing all the right things to my mind. Raila would have greatly disappointed me.
William Ruto who I shall hereafter refer to as Bill is flawlessly de-Kikuyunizing Kenya. He is doing it cleverly by giving the impression that he isn't. Genius!
What is greater, he got you all focused on harmless enemies you chose out of habit.
Raila wouldn't fire that thief wa Mapengo at KRA. Raila would probably have appointed a Luo and attracted negative energy. Ruto has named an ethnic Kikuyu with Luhya name. Once the dust settles he probably will find a Sonali with a criminal record from Cape Town to Cairo to appoint. Predictably all hell will break loose and he will seamlessly usher in his man. I feel whoever is advising him trained under me. He sees much further than a giraffe.
But he needs to fire someone. He mustn't fire Kuria. Let Kuria make more mistakes. Let him get a free hand to act foolish. Only Kuria can clean Gikomba of the rubble that half engages in "business" but runs criminal activities all over Nairobi. Kuria can deal with them. Why waste your money on expensive olive oil to cook a pig when the pig is all oil?!
Once Kuria is done and or if it nearly becomes clear that Kuria is acting at Ruto's behest, fire him to the delight of his Kikuyus. Then appoint a competent Non Kikuyu kenyan to weed out tribalism in the ministry. Clean it and restore it to Kenyans!
For sport & comic relief send MaDvD home. Send him to say stupid things about the economy that will rile everyone. Or have parliament censure him. Avoid that Matiangi debacle where an unpopular bastard harvests tribal loyalty. Publicly support him but secretly instruct UDA MPs to "rebel". During the debate do not let a single Kalenjin MP open his mouth. Let ODM / Azimio think they are in charge. They will harvest the blame but crucially Azimio will not blame Ruto.
MaDvD's act of giving his wife a job when people are starving is damaging.
So if Ruto wants to fire a drunkard; MaDvD is the man. Nobody will mourn him.
