I see lots of people whom Ruto owes for victory all set up for CAS.

It will be interesting to see how they will balance 2027 interests and avoid domineering power plays from former governors and MPs on rookie CSs and those with no political teeth. 

Someone like Itumbi is a colossus, I won't want him as my CAS. Or Kidero.

Yes - they are all noisy loud politicians. I think Ruto should make them appear in parliament as ex-officio members to answer questions and keep MPs busy - leaving CS to do the work.

If law is changed - they can be made to appear in parliament every thursday - for Q &A.
