How? Without disbanding all these regulatory bodies? Merge the. Redeploy the officers.

All these bodies make monies through licences.

Yes - I think there should be a simple rule - any business of turn over less than 5 million - should not be taken through all those shenagians. Just one business license.

For those that make more money - this hardly a dent on their business.

For micro-enterprise - the licenses are real issue - most people cant afford to pay them.

We need just one huge form - with exception depending on turnover - you go to business license - proceed to nema if you big boy - etc etc

How? Without disbanding all these regulatory bodies? Merge the. Redeploy the officers.

All these bodies make monies through licences.

the law is clear but corruption is cost of doing business. these licenses are illegal under law. the create tax authorities that are illegal but no one enforces the law because at the end of the day the kenya is all about corruption. Hawa washenzi are good in talking but implementing is where they develop cold feet. gachagua is a fucking imbecile.
