Huh?  THis makes no sense.  What they should do is require each of them to register with the government BEFORE they leave for Saudi Arabia and they should make this a condition of getting their passports and also these agencies need to monitored thoroughly.

So, before they leave, get their names, pictures, location, employers' name etc and make sure the embassy in Riyadh has that information.

We just need to copy what Philiphines has done in middle east.
They have safe houses.
They negotiate terms - they earn twice kenyans.
Saudi is now our second biggest forex market after US.
We have to invest there - there are job opportunities.
All we need are those safe or labour houses - which will act as rescue centers - in every city.

It's going to be hard to control the enter points to Saudi - because no one will say they are going to be maids.
All they need to know is that if things go bad...they can run to rescue or kenya safe houses.

I won't really say its good or bad,but maybe preparing the workers for a slave environment would work better before they leave Kenya. That way they will expect the worse in Saudi.
