 On one hand Ruto wants to cut spending by 300b , cause there's no money .  In one year kra will increase its collection by $10b, from where? This is a case of foot in mouth disease just like listing 6 IPOs and launching a dollar bond.

Ambitious but that is Ruto I know. He is very ambitious and will not settle for the usual. Expect people to work. Like Duale said - if Ruto will fail - then every other president will fail.
