Kenyans are traumatized beyond repair... we have become used to deaths in the most crazy ways ....

the only thing that can get us into some anger is where political faultlines aren't visible like in the case of stripping ... when it comes to saying politician A/public servant Y has failed it is everyone to himself

NEP is now Alshabab stronghold and no native kenya should be staying there. He can as well go to Mogadishu..which is more safe. The war has failed. It was suppose to create a buffer around kenya...now look like we will need  a buffer around NEP....soon mwingi and likes of Isiolo..will not be any safe.

What I cannot understand is how the goverment sleeps at night while Kenya remains so unsafe. I think they will wake up when the threat is right at their door. By then it may be too late. If uhuru wants us to protect ourselves from Alshabab, they he should start by supplying guns to each and every person, forget about laptops Mr President.

It is unfortunate that after the first event, instead of a serious security operation, Acting President and KDF focused on "killing" virtual terrorists (in their hundreds) and destroying camps and technical in Second Life.    Al Shehab must have known that there was still no real security in the area.

Of course, the bizarre ways of handling things is not without precedent: Al Shabab had a huge "PR problem" in Mpeketoni, when they kept claiming their evil deeds and the Kenyan government kept claiming them back "on behalf of the Kenyans (the opposition)".    With both parties claiming credit, it was inevitable that nothing would be done as a consequence, and nothing was .... except for the bizarre arrest of a governor, who ....

Mutahi Ngunyi feels this is an attempt to impeach kamwana.  That a choreographer is out to get kamwana.
