Ruto dupes kikuyu in both National assembly and Senate.
« on: September 08, 2022, 10:27:36 AM »
In the national assembly He has replaced GEMA with a luhya.

In the Senate he has given it to Amason kingi.

In both you can see he is working on 2027 plan of getting the coastal and luhya vote.

Ndindi and Ichungwa are greenhorns..If I was Ndindi the first business on Monday September 5 would have been to demand that either the speaker of Senate or National assembly is GEMA.

The second business would be to demand 50% CS to be GEMA which would have been impossible make as much noise as possible bribe journalists and bloggers to make as much noise Get quieted with few  millions

Foolish people.

These were agreed before election. What gema should aim to get is interior, finance and infrastructure ministries.GEMA are not going to be getting anything extra..but should aim to defend the gains Uhuru had..given them... because it's likely many key positions will go.This time for GEMA to relax for 10yrs...for whatever they did..they were repaying old debts

You guys havent understood GEMA psyche .
Reason they voted against Uhuru and his project Raila.
It was a message that when GEMA had the presidency it didnt benefit them .
Soon Rift Valley will realise this. The era Then President is out person so its our time to eat benefit ended with introduction of the new Constituency in 2010.
Devolution itself takes 30 % of the Budget. Now on top of that add recuring expenditure . You are left with alittle for development. With that little you have to do a tricky balance. Uhuru decided to pay Raila and loot that little. Lets see what Ruto will do but one thing for sure if he tries to priotize Rift Valley it will be kaput for him. He has to make all regions happy with that little.

kalenjin realized this with Moi.it's not about position for few but development that what people want.. electricity, water, roads, cost of living, working economy . Kalenjin don't like Moi because eventually they realized he killed their farming economy for a few police or postal jobs for few families. So yes welcome aboard.I am okay if no kalenjin makes to the cabinet...if they do I hope they are workhorse and brilliant chaps.I didn't name any in my list because save for Dr kipngetich , Augustine cheruiyot and Chirchir ...Ruto is more than enough...

All we ask Ruto is jubilee 1.0 where paved roads improved in county like kericho and bomet from 100kms to 500kms in five years... electricity connection trippled..I would say let him finish jubilee projects, build water dams, restore farming to be profitable..if Dr Ndii will do it..let him occupy the finance ministry. Let ministers appointed have serious targets...if a Luo is best man for the job...give it to them

Let's be factual.

1) After giving counties their monies and paying debts and salaries. The president is left with let's say KES 400BN  for development.

2) Out of the 400BN Ruto is left with for development,It means he can borrow 3TN in five years with a repayment period of 20 years.

3) Out of the 3TN borrowed,It means he can build 10 mega dams at a total cost of 30BN each including water pipelines It means he can build 5000KM roads across Kenya,The money is also enough to also finance mega power projects and airports.

4) The question now is ,Where will these projects be implemented?Who Willl finance them?Who will be the contractor?

5) If the contractor is a Kalenjin,If the financier broker is a Kalenjin if most of these projects are in Rift valley It means you will have the rise of new Kalenjin billionaires who will invest that money in private sector be it land apartments hotels banks telecoms etc...

That is why majority of rich Kenyans are either kikuyu or Kalenjin.

The tribes that control GOVERMENT control money.

GOVERMENT=PRIVATE BUSINESS.

This fallacy of people don't benefit when their tribe is in GOVERMENT is in power is a LIE.YOU BENEFIT either directly or indirectly.

Ruto is about equity, building strong institutions, ending corruption, killing state capture by dynasties, and elevating Kenya's economy to greater heights, not about positions! Thank God Raila lost. Kenya will soon take off because I believe in my brother's capacity to deliver for team Kenya.
The future belongs to those who have a quarter of the character and integrity of RV Heavy Hitter!
