People are hurting out there. Watching Mutembei TV and azimio outlets and folks are crying in real time on air.  Martha indeed read that judgment with glee. For a moment I thought she was Veronica Maina. She used " Hot air" and "Hogwash" which I thought was UDAish than professional when she was describing Njoroge's fake evidence brought to the court. Martha Koome is a tough CJ; a very assertive woman. Ruto better wins again fairly in 2027 because you don't want to be in the wrong. Before the ruling, she said we will smoke out those trying to steal votes. After the court proceeding, she realized there were no stolen votes only that petitioners brought weak petitions backed by fake evidence. I think Martha was so offended by fraud and false evidence that she decided to guide the court to adopt the universal rule. All fake documents brought to the court of law are inadmissible and constitute grounds for automatic dismissal. Just like the US court, Kenya Supreme Court has raised Kenya's standard. Don't peddle falsehood, hot air, or hogwash in court!

I think the judges were insulted. Like, do these Azimio people think we are that stupid? I was surprised by Njoki Ndungu (even she couldn't support this hogwash) unlike the IEBC 4 commissioners, they knew the world was watching and they want to have careers after their supreme court stint - they want to be able to fly abroad and give lectures on jurisprudence in Africa. They probably would like to teach and mentor future law students and to do that, your reputation has to be in tact.
