I think was mission accomplished. It appear they called off the chief/ass chief - after many of them refused to participate - citing security fears. Kibicho is small boy trying to do a man job.

They certainly didnt send the money - my bro who works in prov adm - says Harambee hse went mute yesterday afternoon - they didnt send the money.

So far voting has not been manipulated.

Next stage is TALLYING & TRANSMISSION....let see if they will PLAY GAMES>
