What happens to body doubles?

With G20 in Oz, and watching Obama's somewhat malnourished, nervous looking doubles, I'm wondering what they do with doubles these days. I know for a fact Kibaki had a few and security details looked after his doubles movements. But I didn't dare ask what happened to them afterwards.

Anyone know?

Obama did come to Oz though. I felt it when he set foot. Something about world leaders... you can "feel" them.
